*UPDATE* World of Warcraft Classic: Termin für finalen Stresstest

Der Stresstest wurde bis Montag, den 12. August 2019 18:00 Uhr verlängert.

We’re going to keep the WoW Classic pre-launch test realms open and available for play through the weekend. Please feel free to test WoW Classic as much as you like.

The pre-launch test will end on Monday, August 12 at 9:00 a.m. PDT. We are not planning an in-game event for shutdown this time.

Thank you very much to everyone who came out and provided the testing we were hoping for! Thanks to you, we’ve been able to fine-tune our plans for launch, and we even captured a few issues that we were able to solve yesterday.

We’ll see you in Azeroth!

Vor kurzem wurde der finale Stresstest von World of Warcraft Classic noch auf unbestimmte Zeit verschoben. Viele Spieler waren darüber sehr enttäuscht und warteten auf Neuigkeiten, ob und wann der Test stattfinden soll.

Heute meldete sich Community Manager Kaivax erneut zu Wort. Der Test beginnt bei uns am Donnerstag, den 8. August um 20 Uhr und endet wohl Samstag früh. Kaivax fordert alle interessierten dazu auf, sich innerhalb der ersten zwei Stunden einzuloggen und so viel wie möglich zu spielen. Dieser Zeitraum wird besonders beobachtet, um abschätzen zu können, wie der Launch von World of Warcraft Classic ablaufen könnte.

Wer den World of Warcraft Classic Client noch nicht heruntergeladen hat, kann dies ab heute im Battle.net Launcher tun.

Our global pre-launch test of World of Warcraft Classic will begin on Thursday, August 8 at 11:00 a.m. PDT and is scheduled to end on Friday, August 9. This test will be available to all World of Warcraft players with a current subscription or active game time in all regions. The maximum character level will be 15.

We ask that players please log-in and play as much as possible during the first two hours of the test – 11:00 a.m. PDT to 1:00 p.m. PDT, as that is when we’ll be actively monitoring for issues important to launch.

WoW Classic is now ready for all players to install from the Blizzard Battle.net Desktop App in advance of the test. To install WoW Classic:

1. Open the Blizzard Battle.net 189 Desktop App and select World of Warcraft in the game selection menu on the left.
2. Under the Version dropdown menu, select World of Warcraft Classic. If you have more than one World of Warcraft account, you’ll see a second dropdown for Account. In that column, select the active account to associate with your WoW Classic install.
3. Click the Install button. You’ll see an installation progress bar that will show you when the installation is complete.
